Luxury Renovation in Vilamoura

This project began with a clear vision: to transform an existing space into a modern, open, and fully upgraded home that blends comfort, technology, and design.

Over five months, the property was completely renovated from the structure up. The house was reinforced with a new steel beam, ensuring long-term stability, followed by a fully renewed roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. Every detail was re-engineered to meet today’s standards while preparing the home for the future.

A key highlight is the living area, where a two 2,5-meter sliding glass panel opens the space , creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection and a full 5-meter open view. The swimming pool was extended to accommodate an electric cover and upgraded with a heated system, allowing year-round enjoyment.

Large 120×120 tiles bring elegance and continuity throughout the home, while the new kitchen features integrated LED lighting and modern finishes. A custom media wall, carefully placed spotlights across the house, and soft carpeted areas add warmth and balance to the contemporary design.

Every element was executed with precision, quality materials, and close attention to our client’s expectations. This renovation is a true reflection of collaboration, craftsmanship, and trust.
